Dr. Patel received his medical degree from Government Medical College, Surat, India and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in 1996. He is board certified in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Following his residency, he joined Webster Medical Group in 1996, and has been serving the local community ever since. Since then, Dr. Patel has expanded the range of services offered, was instrumental in modernization of medical practice, and securing NCQA (Medical Home) certification for the practice.

Kelley Monachino has been a PA at Webster Medical Group since 2021 and graduated from Alfred University as a Biology (Pre-Medical) major. She completed her physician assistant studies at Daemen College in Amherst, NY. Kelley has a Masters in physician assistant studies and has been a PA now for over 17 years. Kelley has an extensive background in providing acute care in emergency and urgent care settings.

Kristin Chase joined Webster Medical Group in 2023. She received both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Stony Brook University and was inducted into the National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. After that, she worked at Unity Hospital as a Hospitalist PA. She moved to Westchester County and worked in Primary Care there for several years before moving back Upstate. Kristin now lives with her husband, two daughters and golden retriever in Ontario, NY. She enjoys cooking and spending time at the lake with her family and friends, and is happy to be a part of WMG and to care for her local community.
