It has been the privilege of my lifetime to participate in your care and provide support during the most difficult and most joyous moments of your lives so far. While I am ready for this next chapter in my life, leaving my practice means saying goodbye to our patients, which is the most difficult part of this transition. As of February 1, Rochester Regional Health will assume responsibility for your medical records.
